At times you may be requested by support to provide a Diagnostic Report . Or, when opening a new ticket, you can also attach one together with descriptions and reproducibility of your issue.
Please follow the steps below to obtain a Diagnostic Report from a Peplink or Pepwave device either over IC2 or on the device:

Login to the Device through InControl Credentials and go to the Device Dashboard by clicking on the Device Name from the Device List page as shown below in Step 1

In the Device Dashboard page , please click on Settings and select : Remote Web Admin option as shown below in Step 2 and you will be navigated to Remote Web Admin Dashboard page in different window tab

In the Remote Web Admin Dashboard , please Click on Status Tab and download the Diagnostic Report as shown below in Step 3.

Please login into the Device locally ( using local login credentials )by connecting your laptop to the device any LAN port and maksure that your laptop learns automatically DHCP IP from the Device.
We hope you changed the login details, but by default the local login credentials are:
User Name: admin
Password : admin

In the Device Dashboard , please Click on Status Tab and download the Diagnostic Report as shown below.
